Weber Block Set
- Ready To use - Just add water.
- Provides excellent adhesion between blocks - blocks & blocks to other porous cementitious surface.
- Reduces the time required for mounting the blocks.
- Larger quantity of material can be mixed at a time due to its longer pot life.
- It is self curing hence no post curing is required for mounting the blocks.
- AAC Blocks
- Bricks
- Concrete blocks
- Hollow Blocks
- Any other masonry blocks
- Reduces water consumption at site
- Crack Resistant
- Long life of construction - high weather ability.
- Fungal Resistant
- Zero shrinkage
- Eco Friendly
Weber Blockset is a ready to mix, self curing cementatious mortar for mounting and bonding aerated autoclaved concrete, hollow blockset and bricks. Weber blokset is made from cement, graded sand and polymeric additives which helps in providing mechanical bond as well as excellent adhesion between the blocks.
KEY FEATURES
The material is used for fixing
Note :
The surface needs to be pre wetted before application of weber blokset
No need of post curing of the masonry wall
Technical Parameter
Appearance | Grey Powder |
Density Of powder | 1.45 - 1.55 g/cc |
Pot Life | 90 minutes |
Open Time | 10 -15 Minutes |
Tensile Adhesion Strength @ 28 Days | Initial > 0.5 Mpa, After immersion > 0.5 Mpa |
Compressive Strength @ 28 days | > 12 Mpa |
Step 1

Start the leveling bed.
Step 2

At the highest corner of the slab place a full width 1/2" deep Weber blokset.
Step 3

Set the first corner block
Step 4

Set second corner block
Step 5

At the highest corner of the slab place a full width 1/2" deep weber blokset mortar joint using a masonry trowel.
Step 6

Step 1 Tap the end of the block to insure a full surface coverage of thin-bed mortar at the head joint and align with string line. Joints should maintain a thickness of 1/16" to 1/8"
Sr. no | Weber Blocks | Job Site |
1 | Being an industrial masnory mortar results in consistent quality of product. | Sand quality always changes with supply. |
2 | Ready to mix product. | Always worried of sand cement mixing ratio . |
3 | Procurement of weber blokset bag only, no extra storage space is required.; | Storage space for sand. |
4 | It can be fixed with minimum 3mm thickness. | Minimum thickness of 10 - 12 mm required. |
5 | Excellent bonding strength with in a day. | More days required to get bonding strength. |
6 | Excellent compressive strength > 12 Mpa without curring. | Compressive strength after curring for 3- 4 days. |
7 | Less wastage as compared to job site mix due to longer pot life < 45 min. | Wastage is more due to hardening of sand cement mortar 10 - 15 min. |
8 | No shrinkage and cracks due to self curring material. | Greater chances of shrinkage and cracks if proper curring is not done. |
9 | Reduces water consumption due to self curring. | Water consumption is high because of curring required. |
10 | Plastering can be done after 2 -3 days, results in faster completion of work. | Plastering is generally done after full curring, results in delay of work. |
11 | Good coverage is obtained when applied with minimum 3mm thickness. | Less emphasis on coverage. |
12 | Manpower requirement is less only bag to be transported to working area. | Manpower requirement is more, transportation of sand from storage point to working area. |
13 | Being light in weight & thickness of 3mm reduces the dead load on structure. | Being heavier & thickness of 10 - 12 mm increases the dead load on structure. |
