    Introduction

    Chowkhat is made from 53 grade cement, 4mm PC wire, sand and kapachi. It is cured with ponding method.

    Steel plate of 1” width, 4mm thick and 6” long is fix to take hinge for door. This plate is fixed to chowkhat with 2” long full threaded foundation bolt so that it never get separated.

    For grip of hinge bolt, inside steel plate we have kept 6 part zinc quoted nut as shown in figure.

    We have kept 20mmx20mm angle to take aldrop rod so that concrete wall may not get break in future. Please refer figure.
